Meet Danni

Born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas-Fort Worth. I began my real estate career in 1997 at Uptown Real Estate Agents in downtown Dallas. Went to Colorado on vacation in 1999 and relocated shortly after. I obtained my Broker Associate license in 2000 for the State of Colorado and remained a Texas Sales Associate.

In 2003, I obtained my Colorado Registered Appraiser License. In 2004, I obtained my Employing Broker license and started my own firm called Top Gunn Real Estate Services, now The Top Gunn Group. In 2008, I attended The Texas Auction Academy and became an Auctioneer of real estate, benefit, estates and real estate and practice under Rocky Mountain Ranch Land and Auction in Colorado. I continued and became a Texas Licensed Auctioneer in 2012.

I expanded our team base back to Texas and joined Keller Williams in Southlake, Texas, in June of 2011.

I have a dedicated team in Colorado and Texas to meet all kinds of real estate needs throughout both states.
